Welcome to Crossroads Boxing! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our boxing gym. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a safe and positive experience for all members.

Membership & Participation

• All members must complete registration and agree to our waiver before participating in any classes or training sessions.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

• Crossroads Boxing reserves the right to update pricing, class schedules, and services as needed.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and fellow members is required at all times.

• Unsafe or reckless conduct will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

• Members must follow all instructions from trainers to ensure a safe training environment.

Health & Safety

• Members should consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program.

• Protective gear must be worn during boxing sessions and sparring.

• Crossroads Boxing is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

Facility Rules

• Equipment must be used properly and returned after each session.

• Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.

• Unauthorized use of the facility outside designated hours is prohibited.

Liability Waiver

By participating in Crossroads Boxing programs, you acknowledge that boxing and fitness training involve physical activity that carries inherent risks. Crossroads Boxing is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Members must provide 3 day notice for membership cancellations.

• Refunds are issued only for cancellations within the specified timeframe.

• Crossroads Boxing reserves the right to adjust policies as needed.

Privacy Policy

Crossroads Boxing respects your privacy and only collects personal data necessary for membership and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Amendments

Crossroads Boxing reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Continued participation after any updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
